| Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from November 06, 2014 to November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive) and shall reopen on November 17, 2014 for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code. | |
