SRS Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on August 07, 2014 for adoption of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. Further, as per the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading [framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992], the Trading Window for the purpose of transacting in Companys Shares will remain closed with effect from July 30, 2014 to August 08, 2014 (both days inclusive).<br/><br/>Accordingly, all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Companys shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
