SSPDL Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Code of conduct to regulate, monitor, and report trading by insider adopted by the Company in compliance of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the shares of the Company is closed with effective from July 31, 2015 to August 11, 2015 (both days inclusive), in view of the Board Meeting to be held on August 08, 2015 for considering the un-audited financial results of the Company for the first quarter/ three month period ended June 30, 2015.
