Star Delta Transformers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2016, to consider and approve the audited financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quater and year ending March 31, 2016 and to recommend final dividend for the Financial Year 2015-16, if any.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from May 18, 2016 to May 31, 2016 (both days inclusive).
