| Starcom Information Technology Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 08, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider the Limited Review report for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the "Code of Conduct" formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will be closed from July 24, 2015 till forty-eight hours after the date of declaration of results for Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Officers and Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives. | |
