Increase the existing authorised share capital of the Company from Rs. 9,00,00,000/- (Rupees Nine Crore) to Rs. 18,00,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Crore). Make necessary alteration to Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association in this regard.
