State Bank of Mysore has informed BSE that in pursuance of clause (c) of Sub-Section (1) of Section 25 of the State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959, State Bank of India has nominated Shri Ramesh Chandra Srivastava as Director on the Board of Directors the Bank with effect from July 17, 2014 in place of Shri Purna Chandra Jena.
