| State Trading Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 21, 2015 to September 28, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 28, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the remote e-Voting period begins on 9.00 a m. on September 23, 2015 and ends on 5.00 p.m., September 27, 2015 During this period shareholders of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerializeci form, as on the cut-off date of September 21, 2015, may cast their vote electronically The e-voting module shall be disabled by NDSL for voting thereafter. | |
