With reference to the earlier announcement dated December 03, 2014 regarding Notice of for Sale of Shares by Promoters, The President of India, acting through and represented by the Ministry of Steel, Government of India is the promoter of Steel Authority of India Limited (the "Promoter") ("Seller") has now informed BSE that the Floor Price for the Sale in terms of the SEBI OFS Circular shall be as below :<BR><BR>- The Floor Price of the Offer in terms of SEBI OFS circular shall be Rs. 83/- (Rupees Eighty Three only) per equity share of Steel Authority of India Limited (the "Floor Price").
