| Steelco Gujarat Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 20, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve, Audited Financial Results year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In this regards, in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, for all employee(s) / Insider(s) / Connected Person(s), from May 09, 2016 to May 22, 2016 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall reopen from May 23, 2016 or next earlier trading session available. | |
