Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI LISTING REGULATIONS, the Board of Directors, upon recommendation of Nomination and remuneration committee, has today i.e. 19th march, 2024 approved the appointment of Mr. Vijay Madhav Paradkar (DIN : 00149410) as Additional Director in the Capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company effective from 25th March 2024 to hold office for the term of 5 years till 24th March, 2029.
