STI India Ltd has informed BSE that the meetings of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of the Company are scheduled to be held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, to consider & approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 along with other routine matters.<BR><BR>Further, as per Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window to deal in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed, from February 06, 2017 to 24 hours after the date of publication of financial results, for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees as defined under the said Codes.
