With reference to the earlier letter dated April 08, 2015, Stone India Ltd has now informed BSE that due to certain unavoidable circumstances the Share Allotment Committee Meeting scheduled for April 13, 2015 is now re-scheduled and will be held on April 15, 2015, inter alia, to consider issue & allotment of 7,75,000 Equity Shares to ISG Traders Limited, a Promoter Group Company upon exercising of their entitlement attached to the Warrant as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2009, as amended, from time to time.
