Stone India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016 has considered the resignation submitted by Mr. Abhijit Majumdar, Company Secretary, Compliance Officer & Legal Head of the Company. Keeping in view the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company and its related statutory compliances, Board requested Mr. Majumdar to continue for some more months after which his release from the services will be considered.
