Stone India Ltd has informed BSE that in a meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 01, 2014 the appointment and remuneration of Mr. Debashis Chakravarty as Managing Director & CEO was considered and it was decided by the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at their meeting held on December 01, 2014, to appoint him as Managing Director & CEO of the Company at the remuneration recommended by Nomination and Remuneration Committee with effect from December 01, 2014.
