With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 13, 2014, Stone India Ltd has now informed BSE that due to certain unavoidable circumstances the Board Meeting scheduled for May 21 2014 is now re-scheduled and will be held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2014.<br/><br/>As per the provisions of Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window will remain closed between May 27 to May 31, 2014 (both days inclusive).
