Stone India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 21, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, As per the provisions of Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window will remain closed between May 16, to May 22, 2014 (both days inclusive).
