Stone India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following:-<BR><BR>1. To take on record the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To consider the resignation of the Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer.<BR><BR>As per the provisions of Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window will remain closed from May 24, 2016 to May 31, 2016 (both days inclusive).
