Store One Retail India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 04, 2015, to consider and approve, inter alia, the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further the Trading Window of the Company, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, has been closed and shall remain closed till May 05, 2015, in view of Board Meeting scheduled for May 04, 2015, for the aforesaid purpose.
