Strides Shasun Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 18, 2017, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2017 and recommendation of dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, as per the provisions of the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, trading window for designated employees of the Company will remain closed from May 03, 2017 to May 22, 2017 (both days inclusive).
