(a) Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be held on Wednesday, the 1st November, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2017.<BR> <BR> (b) In terms of the Code of Conduct for Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Designated Employees and others covered under the said Code from October 23, 2017 to November 3, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of, inter-alia, declaration of Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2017.<BR>
