Considered and approved restructuring the Board of directors of the Company and appointed Mr. Jayeek Nag as Joint Managing Director &amp; Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company effective April 01, 2015.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;2. Considered and accepted resignation of Mr. Deepak Shenoy from the post of Whole Time Director of the Company effective March 31, 2015. However, Mr. Deepak Shenoy is being appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Company effective April 01, 2015.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;3. Considered and appointed Ms. Yogita Shetty as an Additional Director effective March 31, 2015.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;4. Considered and reconstituted various committees of the Company accordingly.
