Sujana Towers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 14, 2014, has considered and approved the following :<br/><br/>1. Resolution under Section 62(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, to issue 1,09,26,052 (One Crore Nine Lakhs Twenty Six Thousand and Fifty Two only) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 27.50/- per share (includes premium of Rs. 17.50/- per share) to Promoters, in compliance with the terms and conditions of CDR package, subject to the approval of the members of the Company.<br/><br/>2. Draft notice of the Postal Ballot to obtain approval from the members of the Company in respect of resolution for further issue of shares to Promoters.
