Sujana Universal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:<br/><br/>1. Resignation of Shri Y. S. Chowdary, Promoter and Non-Executive Director, from the Board of Directors of the Company, with effect from October 15, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Reconstitution of the Audit Committee by appointment of Dr. V. Malakonda Reddy, Independent Director, as a member of the Audit Committee.<br/><br/>3. Appointment of Shri. Y. Ravi Prasada Reddy, Practicing Company Secretary, as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2014-15.
