We wish to convey that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Directors, Officers and Designated Persons shall remain closed from 1st April, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter / year ending 31st March, 2024. The trading window will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of said Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges.
