Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014:<br/><br/>The Unaudited Standalone results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2014<br/><br/>The Company has posted a net loss of Rs. (3176.20) million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 as compared to net profit of Rs. 63.00 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2013. Total Income has decreased from Rs. 6437.40 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2013 to Rs. 5405.40 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>"The Consolidated Results are as follows:<br/><br/>The Unaudited Consolidated results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2014<br/><br/>The Group has posted a net profit after tax, minority interest of Rs. 15724.60 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 13623.00 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 48221.50 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 43116.30 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2013.<br/><br/>- Pharmalucence Inc., a pharmaceutical company, incorporated in United States of America became a subsidiary of the Company on July 16, 2014. Accordingly, the above results for the current periods include the relevant results of Pharmalucence Inc., from the date it became subsidiary of the Company and therefore the corresponding figures for the previous periods are not comparable."
