| Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Sun Pharma Laboratories Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has raised, on Private Placement Basis, Rs. 1000,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Crores only) by allotment of 10,000 (Ten Thousand) (ICRA) AAA / Stable Outlook Rated Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of a face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) each to be listed on BSE Ltd under two series with Series 1 debentures comprising of 5,000 debentures amounting to Rupees Five Hundred Crores with a tenor of 24 months, and Series 2 debentures comprising of 5,000 debentures amounting to Rupees Five Hundred Crores with a tenor of 39 months. | |
