Sun TV Network Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2014, inter alia, have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.25 per share (45%). This is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs. 2.25 per share (45%), Rs. 2.50 per share (50%) and Rs. 2.50 per share (50%) declared at the Board Meeting held on August 02, 2013, November 08, 2013 and February 07, 2014 respectively.
