Sundaram Clayton Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 04, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the following subjects:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve inter alia the unaudited (limited reviewed) financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>2. To consider and declare an interim dividend, if any, to the shareholders of the Company for the year ending March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company's scrips by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from January 20, 2015 to February 05, 2015 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
