Sundaram Clayton Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the board of directors of the Company is being convened on February 07, 2017 to consider and approve inter alia the unaudited (limited reviewed) financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company's scrips by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from January 25, 2017 to February 09, 2017 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI fProhibition of Insider Tradina') Reaulations, 2015.
