Sundaram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. Approval of audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2016;<BR><BR>2. Recommendation of Final dividend for the year 2015-16; and<BR><BR>3. Fixing the book closure date under Regulation 42 for the 63rd Annual General Meeting / Final Dividend.
