With reference to the earlier letter dated November 01, 2016 wherein the Company had informed that at the Board Meeting held on October 31, 2016, the Board of Directors have decided 'in principle' to amalgamate Sundaram Insurance Broking Services Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of our Company, with LGF Services Limited, another wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.<BR><BR>Sundaram Finance Ltd has now informed BSE that vide Resolution dated January 18, 2017, passed in circulation, the Board of Directors have decided to rescind the aforesaid decision.
