| Sundram Fasteners Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR><BR>1. Audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2015<BR><BR>2. Declaration of second interim dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2015<BR><BR>In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from May 15, 2015 to June 02, 2015 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading and code of corporate disclosure practices, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. | |
