Sunteck Realty Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider:<BR><BR>- Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company and the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for Directors, Designated employees of the Company from February 06, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days inclusive) to consider unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
