| Super Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will be meeting on January 31, 2017, to consider approve and taken on record the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Pursuant to SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations and in terms of the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, it is hereby communicated that the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Company's equity shares shall remain closed from January 23, 2017 till 48 hours after the Board Meeting that is scheduled to be held on January 31, 2017 and release of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>This would mean that the Directors/ Officers/ Designated employees are not allowed to purchase / sell the Company's equity shares, directly or indirectly during the aforesaid TRADING WINDOW closure period. | |
