We wish to inform you that the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench has vide its order dated 4th September 2017 and 19th September 2017 sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Sara Elgi Arteriors Ltd and Elgi Building Products Ltd (the Subsidiaries) with Super Spinning Mills Ltd (the Company).
