Suprajit Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, has Recommended a Final Dividend of Re. 0.55 per share of Re.1/- each (55%) on the Fully Paid up Equity Shares of the Company for the year 2015-16 in addition to the 50% interim Dividend already paid by the Company.<BR><BR>The Meeting commenced at 11.00 a.m and concluded at 01.05 p.m.
