| SURYACHAKRA POWER CORPORATION LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 14th August, 2018 at 1.00 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018. <BR> Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, it may please be noted that the Trading Window of the Company is closed from 6th August, 2018 and shall be opened 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are approved by the Board of Directors on 14th August, 2018 and filed with the Stock Exchanges.<BR> | |
