Approved the Un-Audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018.<BR> 2. Approved by the Limited Review Report submitted by the Statutory Auditors.<BR> 3. Approved the resignation of Mr P V Subba Rao as an Independent Director with immediate effect.<BR> 4. Approved the resignation of Mrs M Mangatayaru as a Director with immediate effect.<BR> <BR> We request you to take the above on record and treat the same as compliance under the Listing Regulations.
