Suryanagri Finlease Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 07, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:<br/><br/>1. The Board has approved the change in name of the Company from Suryanagri Finlease Limited to SFL International Limited.<br/><br/>2. The Board has approved the change in Object Clause of the Company to trading in Textile and Textile related goods.<br/><br/>3. The Board has decided to obtain assent of the members of the Company for the above agendas by way of Postal Ballot.
