Suryavanshi Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that Dr. Sri Akkineni Nageswara Rao, one of the Independent Directors of the Company ceased to be director of the Company due to death w.e.f. January 22, 2014.<br/><br/>Consequent to death of Dr. Sri. Akkineni Nageswara Rao he also ceased to be the member of Audit Committee, Member of Remuneration Committee and Member of Share holders /Investors Grievance Committee of the Company.
