Suzlon Energy Ltd has informed BSE about the following information in the matter of the reconstitution of the Board of Directors of the Company:<BR><BR>1. Cessation of Mrs. Bharati Rao as the Nominee Director of the Company with effect from March 27, 2015 on account of withdrawal of nomination by State Bank of India; and <BR><BR>2. appointment of Mrs. Pratima Ram as the Nominee Director of the Company with effect from March 27, 2015, in light of decision of State Bank of India to substitute its nominee director on the Board of the Company.
