Parekh (Acquirer XX) (collectively referred to as Acquirers) together with the Promoter Group of the Target Company as the persons acting in concert (collectively referred to as PACs) with the Acquirers has informed this Post Offer Announcement to the Equity Shareholders of Suzlon Energy Ltd ("Target Company"), pursuant to regulation 18(12) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and subsequent amendments thereto (SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011). <BR><BR>The Detailed Public Statement (DPS) with respect to the Offer and Corrigendum to the DPS was published on February 24, 2015 and December 19, 2015, respectively. Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Post Offer Advertisement shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Public Announcement dated February 13, 2015, DPS published on February 24, 2015, Letter of Offer dated December 11, 2015, Corrigendum to DPS published on December 19, 2015 and Offer Opening Public Announcement published on December 23, 2015.
