Suzlon Energy Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:<br/><br/>- Reconstitution of the Audit Committee of the Board with effect from October 31, 2014, which shall now comprise of the following members:<br/><br/>a) Mr. V. Raghuraman, Independent Director - Chairman,<br/><br/>b) Mr. V. Subramanian, Independent Director - Member<br/><br/>c) Mrs. Medha Joshi, Nominee Director - Member.
