Suzlon Energy Ltd has informed BSE that in furtherance of the approval granted by the shareholders of the Company by way of postal ballot, the results of which were declared on March 27, 2014, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the implementation of Special Employee Stock Option Plan 2014 (Special ESOP 2014) and has granted 4,50,00,000 (Four Crores Fifty Lacs) Options to the eligible employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries in terms of Special ESOP 2014.
