Suzlon Energy Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Ashok Jangid, the Company Secretary of the Company has, for personal reasons, resigned from the services of the Company. His resignation comes into effect from the close of business hours of May 03, 2011. Mr. Hemal A. Kanuga shall take over the charge as the Company Secretary of the Company effective from May 04, 2011.
