Notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2017 to transact the following business: 1. To consider and approve the Standalone as well as Consolidated Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter as well as financial year ended on 31st March, 2017. 2. To recommend the dividend on equity shares, if any, subject to the approval of the members. 3. To increase remuneration of Mr. Sunil Nyati, Managing Director, Mrs. Anita Nyati, Whole Time Director and Mr. Parth Nyati, Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
