Swiss Glascoat Equipments Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 04, 2015 to September 09, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 10, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, Dividend, if approved by the shareholders and declared in the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company, shall be paid on and from October 01, 2015.
