Swiss Glascoat Equipments Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. Recommendation of Dividend by the Board @22% (Rs. 2.20) per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the year 2015-16, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Dharmesh Patel - an Independent Director of the Company has been inducted as the Committee Member of the Audit Committee. Further, the Audit Committee has been reconstituted.
