Symphony Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 31, 2014, to approve and take on record the Audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for financial year ended on June 30, 2014 and to consider and recommend final dividend, if any.<br/><br/>Further, As per the Company's internal code for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed from July 01, 2014 till 24 hours after announcement of the said financial results to public.
